Section 1: User Responsibility

TriforceTour and all associating staff ("Site") assumes no liability, responsibility, or warranty, and is not responsible for any damage done to the viewer ("User") of the Site. The use of this site for activity that does not adhere to the laws of the United States and any unauthorized advertisement on this website by the User may result in a permanent banishment of the User from the Site, without any notice. The Site assumes the right to banish any user without notice. The Site will not advertise or harm the User's computer, and if any content is found on the Site that may cause said damage, then the content will promptly be removed from the Site. The User agrees that by using this site that they are at least 13 years of age in order to comply with US Law.

Section 2: Site Responsibility

The Site agrees that no malicious software will be placed on the User's computer in any fashion. The Site agrees that if such software is placed or if any damage is done to the User's computer that the Site will assume responsibility if there is enough evidence. The Site agrees that no erotic, hate, or racist material will be placed on the Site. The Site agrees that all users that enter the Site under the age of 13 are not the responsibility of the Site. The Site also agrees that any content violating this agreement will be removed. The Site finally agrees that the User is responsible for all damage done to their computer outside of the Site, in any form or fashion.

Section 3: Limited Liability

The only liability assumed by the Site is that of the content that adheres to this agreement. The display of any advertisements is the responsibility of the Site, but the content of the advertisements is not the Site's responsibility in any way. The Site does not intend copyright infringement to all copyright holders. All characters, logos, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners. If the User accesses the associated websites to any advertisements on the Site, the User assumes full responsibility of the content on said website, whereas the Site assumes no responsibility for the content on these sites whatsoever. All other liability, responsibility, or warranty, implied or stated by the Site, is hereby void and does not apply to the User and the Site.

Section 4: Link Liability

In the event that the User visits a website that the Site has linked to, the User assumes full responsibility of the content viewed on other sites. The Site does not assume any liability, responsibility, or warranty, implied or stated, to the User when the User visits said links.
