Four Swords

Four Swords was the first multiplayer Zelda adventure, and came bundled with a Game Boy Advance version of A Link to the Past. In Four Swords, there was once an evil wind mage named Vaati, who was destroyed by a hero wielding the legendary Four Sword. When the hero drew the blade, he split into four separate versions of himself. He defeated Vaati with the Four Sword, and Vaati was sealed away into the sword. The sword itself has since been held in the Temple of the Four Sword. Princess Zelda guards the seal on Vaati. When she feels a disturbance in the seal, she goes to check on the seal with her childhood friend Link, but is suddenly swept away by the now free Vaati. Link has no other choice but to draw out the Four Sword and save her, but by doing so he is transformed into four multicolored versions of himself! Now he, with the assistance of his clones, must go to save the Princess and the kingdom of Hyrule from untold doom caused by Vaati!

TriforceTour Rating Breakdown

Graphics: 8.0
The graphics were improved A Link to the Past graphics that appeared to be merged with the style of The Wind Waker.
Gameplay: 9.0
Seemed like a versatile title for the Zelda series, but a point has been docked due to the fact that almost no one played this game.
Playability: 9.2
No one played this game. Why? Because you had to have four game paks to do your heroic job.
Overall: 8.5
I wish I could have tried playing this game. I am taking an opinion from my friend who has played Four Swords. He tells me that the game truly "brings out the power in Zelda merged with special multiplayer action." Truthfully, these were his opinions. Not mine.
