Description
Also known as Chus, have similarities to Buzz Blobs in appearance, but not in behavior. They attempt to tackle their targets, and hide in moving puddles when in defense (or no one is near). In Twilight Princess, they do not appear as a they do in The Wind Waker and Phantom Hourglass (where they look nearly identical to the Buzz Blob), but instead appear as translucent slugs without the iconic, smiling face.
Weaknesses
The sword usually can kill the ChuChu in a few hits, but some are electric and electrocute Link when struck by the sword, and therefore must be stunned with the Boomerang before striking with the sword. Other variations include ones that hide in puddles whenever Link comes near that must be stunned to be attacked, and some that must enter a beam of light either from a window or from the Mirror Shield to be turned to stone. ChuChus that are turned to stone can then be used to activate ground switches or be thrown to be permanently destroyed.
