Description
There are several instances of the Beetle class of enemy. There are Spiked Beetles, which represent the Super Mario Bros. enemy, Spinys, which appear to be turtles with shells covered with spikes. There is also the Hardhat Beetle which has an elastic, bendable outer shell that can be used to knock Link away.
Weaknesses
Spike Beetles can be defeated by turning them over with the Shield, and then slashing away at them with the sword. Hardhat Beetles can be defeated in a similar way.
