Description
A Dodongo is a dinosaur type enemy representing a Triceratops. Their tough skin prevents them from being struck with a sword. They either appear as enemies that walk on all four legs, haphazardly avoiding Link, or enemies that can breathe fire, charge at Link, and curl up into a ball with a razor-sharp spine.
Weaknesses
Throwing a bomb into a Dodongo's mouth can kill it within a few hits. In the original Legend of Zelda, you can either allow it to pick up a bomb off of the ground that you set in its path, or let the bomb explode on its side, stunning the enemy and allowing you to temporarily hit it with the sword.
